Hi! I'm Kendra, and I'm a freelance UX Architect and Experience Designer.

Basically, my job is to make sure that your site or app is set up in a way that makes it extremely easy for customers to make a purchase. Sounds good right? I focus on how your website is structured and organized to ensure that the flow keeps the user top of mind. I also consider how your potential customers interact with your site so I can identify barriers that might deter them from making a purchase.
